Nia is an expressive body-mind-spirit movement practice that was created as an alternative to the “no pain, no gain” attitude to fitness. Set to rich, eclectic music, the practice draws on the chemistry of nin different movement forms: tai chi. Taekwondo, aikido, jazz, modern dance, Duncan dance, yoga, the Alexander technique and the work of Moshe Feldenkrais.

It will stimulate your brain and inspire your spirit. Nia dance integrates awareness, creativity and opportunities for self-discovery, self-expression and self-healing in a safe and welcoming group.
